Well apparently we are that lucky! It was made/broadcast a year before he appeared in 24 doing the smexy Russian accent.

Its just remarkable... only some guys can pull off multiple accents+hairstyles and still remain just as hot. Some that spring to mind, Tennant, Ackles....
